In a dazzling blend of nostalgia and philanthropy, Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas is set to host its inaugural House Party, a disco-themed fundraiser to support families with critically ill children. Scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 10th at Bar Under the Sun (BUS), this vibrant celebration promises an evening of fun. Attendees will enjoy 1970s music, delicious food and drinks, a live auction, an online silent auction and rare bourbon raffle, and our social lounge inspired by Studio 54.
House Party is more than just a party – raising crucial funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities, an organization dedicated to providing a home-like environment for families with children undergoing medical treatment.
Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas operates a 25-bedroom House in Corpus Christi and two Ronald McDonald Family Room programs in the Rio Grande Valley, each offering a warm, supportive environment where families can stay close to their hospitalized children. The proceeds from House Party will go directly to supporting the families at RMHC South Texas and the programs offering essential services such as lodging, meals, and emotional support for families in their time of need.
With groovy tunes, dazzling lights, and vibrant décor, this event promises to be an unforgettable night. Throughout the evening, we’ll share stories from the families we serve and highlight the impact of Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas. This is a chance to come together as a community, celebrate the long history of Ronald McDonald House Charities, and raise funds to continue our mission of keeping children near the care they need so families can get better together.
House Party guests are invited to show off their unique style by participating in the Best Red Shoe Contest, and wear their grooviest disco-inspired threads for the ultimate party vibe!
