In preparation for this issue, we called upon readers to help us find the best pizza in the Coastal Bend. In a competition hosted on our website and social media pages, readers submitted their favorite pizzerias, the top entries were then placed into a 16-team single-elimination bracket and seeded accordingly. With over 5,000 votes cast across the competition, the Ultimate Pizza Showdown ended with one tasty victor.
