Dear Fresco fans, your favorite go-to spot for fresh fruit cups and antojitos is dishing out a new, vegetarian-friendly breakfast menu. Fresco shared the news about the restaurant’s recently announced breakfast menu on Facebook, and we’re here to say it certainly does not disappoint.
Oneida Maldonado, Fresco’s owner, says, “We wanted to start serving breakfast as just another way to offer the downtown area something different. Breakfast options are scarce in that area, and we wanted to fill that void with fresh and quick breakfast items.”
Folks can order breakfast Wednesday through Friday from 8-11 am at the local hot spot. Featuring favorite morning time meals such as the breakfast sandwich, containing eggs, cheese, refried beans, and your choice of spam, ham, or grilled tomato! On the go? No problem, pick up a Horchata Chia Seed Pudding (yum) topped with fresh fruit and granola, and you’ll be glad you did. That’s not all; you can also treat yourself to a Whiskey Glazed Coffee Cake Muffin from Cookie and Crumb or vegan Cinnamon Rolls and coffee from Trendy Eats Vegan Treats.
As for drink selections, in addition to the variety of agua frescas, there’s hot coffee, vegan cold brew, orange juice, and a banana and avocado breakfast smoothie.
We’re super excited for this new addition and can’t wait to get our hands on these delicious eats!
