Cyber Monday and the convenience of not having to leave your quarters (unless your wifi has pretty good range) defines the start of the holiday season. You’ll probably get a lot of your holiday shopping done today, but don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be strenuous. Kick back, open a new tab, enter in your favorite online shop as appropriate, and we’ll drink about it together.
Here’s what you should drink for your buys, or what you should buy based on your drinks.
When shopping for electronics, consider a redbull + vodka (ratio is up to the user) to get your money saving skills as wired as that gadget you’ve had your eye on.
For cozy stuff like matching pajamas, fuzzy socks and chunky blankets, a spiked eggnog will have you feeling warm.
When shopping for clothes, a glass of wine will bring out your best fashion choices. If it’s casual clothes that you’ll wear every day, opt for a red wine. If it’s dressy clothes for an event, go for a white wine, or a blush.
Are you shopping for mom? Consider what she might want over a mimosa. If you’re shopping for dad, you can sip an old fashioned while you scroll.
For browsing through housewares and home decor, find inspiration through a bloody mary or a dirty martini, and then evaluate if your martini glasses are up to code and what the deals on those are.
If you’re gift shopping for a close friend, a fruity sangria will echo back that platonic love. If it’s just an acquaintance or a co-worker, just a spiked glass of juice will do.
Shopping for a secret santa or a white elephant type gift? Just take a shot, and hope for the best.
Skin care, makeup, and beauty shopping will go good with a tall glass of hydrating iced water… with a little bit of tequila at the bottom.
If you’re shopping for a toddler or baby, maybe take a break and rehydrate with some pedialyte.
For home improvement, gardening, and tools, go for a craft beer: a six pack and a cold mug.
