Harkness Yoga

Harkness Yoga is a locally-owned business that prides itself on being the first studio in the Coastal Bend to offer classes grounded in LYT Yoga, the only style of yoga created by a licensed physical therapist. Harkness Yoga wants to help people develop an awareness of body, breathe, and emotions while also finding a balance between stability, mobility, and adaptability so they can live happy healthy lives.

Located in the vibrant Lamar Park Shopping Center, Harkness Yoga is a welcoming space designed around the community’s needs and experiences. The studio has specialized spring floors to help protect the body’s joints and mirrorless walls to prioritize feeling the movement while students gain confidence. You will find the same intention outside the studio with Harkness Yoga’s “Namaste by the Bay” events in the community.
