Indulge in the spicy and sweet flavors of fall with these creative beverages at The Blue Clove Seafood Bar & Grill. With a twist on classic recipes like the PSL or an old-fashioned, you’ll find the perfect drink, no matter your mood. We’re breaking down their seasonal cocktail menu and all its magical components.
Warm & Spiced
The Blue Clove’s new fall cocktail menu includes the Dirty PSL featuring Remington vodka, Cafe de Fuego liqueur, cold brew coffee, a spiced-simple syrup, and pumpkin spice cream made in-house using oat milk. A Boo-berry Fashioned is a delightful concoction of blueberry-infused bourbon, vanilla liqueur, black walnut bitters, and orange bitters. If apple has been your go-to flavor this season, then the Fallen Apple is for you! This drink incorporates a blend of Cruzan Rum, Apple Jack Brandy, Honeycrisp apple juice, Velvet Falernum, spiced-simple syrup, and lemon juice.
Crisp & Refreshing
The Harvest Mule includes Dripping Springs vodka, mixed berry syrup, lime juice, ginger beer, and is garnished with a mixed berry fruit roll-up made in-house. The Hocus Pocus Butterfly magically combines pea-infused gin, velvet falernum, butterfly pea-infused simple syrup, Topo Chico, and a lemon juice floater to transform the drink color when stirred just right. Lastly, the Granada’s Holiday (featured photo above) is a tasteful and refreshing cocktail with El Jimador Blanco, pomegranate juice, lime juice, blood orange liqueur, and house-made grenadine.
