With everything that’s been going on in the world, some might find it hard to celebrate these days. However, House of Rock is an exception to that rule. The notorious downtown hotspot is celebrating 15 years of business today. Known for their delicious and generously sized pizza, House of Rock has been a social beacon for the Coastal Bend community. The well known music venue is offering specials on their pizza and merchandise to commemorate their monumental achievement. Specials include $15 specialty 20” pizzas, $15 DIY pizza kits, 15% off House of Rock merchandise, and more.
“We have seen our fair share of ups and downs over the past 15 years,” owner Casey Lain said when reflecting on the past history of the establishment. “We are taking some time during this pandemic to celebrate, as we look forward to the future.”
House of Rock is located in downtown Corpus Christi on 511 Starr St. This establishment has always had a place in the downtown culture of our city.
“House of Rock is not just a music venue, bar or restaurant, it is a staple in the community that means a lot to so many. I am proud of how far it has come in 15 years and to be a part of its success,” said Stephanie Garcia of marketing and public relations when reflecting on her experience at the establishment.
