Their specialty drinks menu, where everything is always made with the freshest ingredients, is made up of a one of a kind selection where every drink boasts of its own unique style and flavor. One of the crowd favorites, the Red Stiletto, is all of those things and more.

Apart from being aesthetically pleasing, the Red Stiletto is easy to drink, but has just the right amount of kick to satisfy. It’s made with Texas-made vodka Deep Eddy Orange, Red Apple Schnapps, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and is topped off with champagne. The perfect mix of strong, sweet, and sour flavors make for a crisp, delicious, and well-rounded cocktail.

Niko’s is all about giving the customers an experience that combines the drink and the food. With that vision, they created the Red Stiletto with their citrus dishes in mind. The refreshing and bubbly drink is best paired with their Hawaiian Chicken that is topped with honey citrus glaze or their mouthwatering orange rum glazed Mahi Mahi.
