Black-Owned Businesses to Support in the Coastal Bend

There are countless ways to step up and take action when it comes to supporting the current fight for equality. Here at The Bend Magazine, we've always had a mission of spotlighting the incredible aspects of our community, and the BIPOC population in the Coastal Bend is no exception. While we can admit our own faults and commit to doing everything in our power, through our platform, to recognize and lift up the diversity that makes up our area, we also want to commit to being a part of the solution.
Where and how you choose to spend your money means a lot. If you're looking to take even the slightest step forward towards positive change, equality, and standing in solidarity with our Black community, we're asking our followers to spend their money both locally and with Black-owned businesses always, but especially at this time. You can also follow, like, and share these businesses on social media to help support their brands and platforms.
We will be adding to this list daily with any recommendations sent our way. We will continue to split the list up into more specific categories, as needed. If you'd like to see any businesses added, email editor@thebendmag.com or DM us on Instagram!
