Kicking off the season is Surftoberfest at Water Street Market thisbrSaturday, October 5, from 12 pm – 9 pm. The fifth annual outdoor fall festivalbroffers fun for the whole family. Featuring food, live music, a stein-holdingbrcontest, a costume contest, a kids zone, and of course lots of beer! The 59th Annual Texas Jazz Festival makes its return Friday, October 18br– Sunday, October 21 at Heritage Park.
