Italian Cowboy Launches New Wine

Italian Cowboy launches their new wine, the 2016 Italian Cowboy Barolo from Piedmont. With primary notes of raspberry, cherry, rose, and liquorice, this brick-red wine with a deceptively light body contrasts with its dense tannin structure. Barolo pairs well with roast goose and other feathered game, also try braising it with beef!
