The Exchange’s chef Tony Nichols shared the gastropub’s new menu, which includes burgers, “Cali” burritos, and other new exciting soon-to-be favorites.
Under the “Random Tasty Treats” section, you’ll find Waffle Fries for Breakfast, which includes applewood smoked bacon, black forest ham, beer cheese, a fried egg, bacon jam, hollandaise sauce, and, of course, waffle fries.
Other Random Tasty Treats include Fried Curd and Pickles, The Exchange Benedict, Thai Peanut Chicken Skewers, and PB&J Pork Belly Skewers.
The new menu also includes new burgers, with The Bigger Mac, The Mushroom Swiss Explosion, a quarter pound burger topped with smoked gouda, swiss, sautéed mushrooms, and beer cheese.
With new sandwiches, The Colonel has blackened chicken, coated in 11 of The Exchange’s secret herbs and spices, creamy corn salsa, waffle fries, and Monterey jack cheese. Also in sandwiches, the new menu features a French Dip sandwich. The French Dip comes with thinly sliced ribeye steak, sautéed onions and mushrooms with provolone cheese on a French baguette and served with au jus sauce.
The “Cali” burritos also have some new features including the X, a burrito with slow-roasted pork, smoked gouda, waffle fries, guacamole, black forest ham, sautéed peppers, bacon jam, with beer cheese.
Enjoy these new menu additions along with The Exchange’s lineup of live music. The Exchange is located at 224 Mesquite Street in Corpus Christi.
