The Cosmopolitan Apartments of Corpus Christi announced its grand opening with a celebration that treated guests to many rooms and floors of food, drinks, music, and more. Tours of apartments ran continuously throughout the night, giving the community and prospective lessees the chance to view a few of the seven floor plans available.
Each of the 165 units in the building, which range in size from 720 sq. ft. lofts to 1220 sq. ft. suites, are the illustration of luxurious urban living.
But benefits to residents don’t stop at being a stunning place to live, as the project’s Strategic Advisor Gordy Paez explains; “the Cosmopolitan also comes with a great amenity package that includes a business center, club room, grilling area, courtyard pool located on the 3rd floor, and lazy river.”
The apartments are also only a few minutes’ walk or drive to bars, restaurants, and shops. In fact, the Cosmopolitan Apartments of Corpus Christi sits like a crown jewel in the heart of downtown, and many feel it is a beating heart in the downtown revitalization efforts.
Paez describes the opening of this building as, “the official rebirth of downtown.”
Although the city is within reach of The Cosmopolitan, residents may not want to leave their gorgeous complex that blurs the lines between apartment building and resort.
