Omni Hotel’s Midnight on the Bay New Year’s Eve Bash

Whether you’re visiting for the holidays or looking to book a staycation, Omni Hotel invites you to spend New Year’s Eve with them! The hotel’s Midnight on the Bay Gala includes live entertainment from Emotions Band, an elegant buffet dinner with carving stations, a champagne toast at midnight, a balloon drop and more. Purchase the Gala Package for luxurious accommodations and gala tickets for you and your guests. The gala begins at 7 p.m. and includes a late check-out of 1 p.m. on New Year’s Day.

A Tribute to the 80s at Rockit’s

Celebrate with local band The Max and their New Year’s Eve party at Rockit’s! Starting at 9 p.m., enjoy live performances of the classics, old and new, plus all-night dancing and a midnight toast. Rockin’ New Year’s Eve w/ Fifth & Elm

Rockin’ New Year’s will take over The Great Lawn at Fifth & Elm, offering a free, family-friendly way to ring in 2026. Guests can watch “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” on a big screen while enjoying live music, food, drinks and a high-energy countdown to midnight under the stars. General admission is free and standing-room-only, with reserved tables and VIP seating available for those looking to upgrade their night.

New Year’s Eve at Pook’s Pub

Looking for some more fun over in Port A? Join Pook’s Pub in celebrating the New Year with cold drinks, light bites, DJ Dolly’s bumping tracks and a free champagne toast at midnight. The party starts at 9 p.m. with no cover.

Port Aransas Firework Show

Cap off 2025 with an evening fireworks show at Roberts Point Park in Port Aransas! The show is scheduled to begin around 7 p.m., and the City of Port Aransas encourages guests to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets, sit back, relax and enjoy the colorful display over the bay. Catch the show from the water by purchasing seats on the Scarlet Lady for its special fireworks cruise!

The showcase features Roast Battle semifinals, open mic spots and sets from some of Corpus Christi’s funniest comedians, spotlighting the city’s fast-growing comedy scene. RETRO’s New Year’s Eve Party

Corpus Christi Polar Bear Plunge & New Year’s Day Run

After you’ve properly said goodbye to 2025, jumpstart 2026 with a cold plunge on North Beach! The annual Corpus Christi Polar Bear Plunge & Run invites the community out for a chilly tradition for a good cause. The plunge commences at noon, and participants receive a souvenir T-shirt or embroidered hat, a decal, a drink and access to post-plunge warm-ups, including a hot tub and snack buffet. The day also includes a pre-plunge fun run at 11:15 a.m. along the Beach Walk with the Corpus Christi Roadrunners and prize packages for the top fundraising individual and team. The event benefits ALS TDI, with 100% of registration proceeds supporting research toward a cure for ALS.

Bayside Pilates x Lucy’s Snack Bar New Year’s Day Pilates Brunch

Two downtown neighbors are teaming up to help you start 2026 feeling your best. Bayside Pilates will host a sidewalk mat Pilates class at 10 a.m., followed by an Eleanor’s takeover at Lucy’s Snackbar—serving up coffee, fresh juice and plenty of avocado toast. Don’t hit snooze—stop by for a sweat, great eats and good company to kick off the new year. Lucy’s will operate normal hours, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day.
