When and where is the event?
The Locals’ List 2024 Party will be held at the American Bank Center on August 1, 2024, from 7 – 10 p.m. inside the Henry Garret Ballroom.
What does the event pass include?
Purchasing an event pass gains you admittance to the event, unlimited tasting from all participating restaurants and bars, live entertainment, interactive activities and free giveaways. General Admission Early Access Pricing is $60 per event pass and ends July 28th. Event passes will go up to $75 on July 29th.
I am a Local’s List winner. Do I have to purchase event passes to attend?
If you are a Local’s List winner setting up at the event, you do not need to purchase event passes for entry. Please check your email for detailed information about the number of employees you’re able to bring, arrival on the day of the event, setup instructions and more.
However, if you are a Local’s List winner not setting up at the event, you will need to purchase an event pass to gain entry. Due to the large number of categories, we regret that we are unable to offer complimentary tickets to all winners this year.
What is the dress code for this event?
The attire is casual cocktail – a cross between cocktail and business casual. Think dresses, jumpsuits, blouses, skirts, dress pants, dress shirts and blazer jackets. For shoes, opt for heels, flats and dress shoes.
Where do I park upon arrival?
There is a complimentary valet service, provided by Drew Becquet – State Farm Insurance Agent, for all ticketholders at this event. Please drive towards the Shoreline Blvd. side of the building and follow the signs. You can also self-park in the surrounding American Bank Center lots or utilize street parking.
Where do I enter/check into the event?
All event attendees will enter through American Bank Center’s Shoreline Blvd. facing entrance. Follow the signage to enter the event from there and head up the escalator towards the Henry Garret Ballroom.
Is there a physical/digital event pass I need to present at check-in?
No, you do not need to show a physical or digital event pass at check-in. Please provide the name of the individual or company your ticket was purchased under at check-in to gain entrance.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must provide a valid ID at check-in to gain entrance into the event. This event is for 21 and up only.
What is your refund policy?
Event Passes are nontransferable but refunds are available. Please email kylie@thebendmag.com for refunds.
