Ice-skating always feels like a holiday fantasy us South Texans might not be familiar with.  But, starting this weekend and runningbruntil December 30, the American Bank Center presents Coastal Christmas and ice-skatingbrfrom 9-11 pm, making all of our icy winter dreams come true.
