I often find myself heavily inspired by a dance between visual minimalism and maximalism, and the colors that come to mind when I think of this dance are neutrals, call them “fall tones” if you will. In my photos, you get the sense of minimalism at the beginning of the sequence that later flows into more maximalist energy with neutrals and visual interest dominating the pieces. In a way, this relationship is a lot like Corpus itself, in our people, architecture, and landscape, and that’s what I wanted to convey, the relationship between the two.
