After three successful years, Coastal Bend Restaurant Week is returning for a fourth. The event offers Coastal Bend locals and visitors an opportunity to experience and support area restaurants in new ways. Coastal Bend Restaurant Week kicks off Friday, September 20, and continues through September 27 in Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas. With some of the finest local restaurants and chefs participating, the 8-day celebration will highlight the immense culinary talent in the Coastal Bend region.
After traveling the world and experiencing incredible food and culture, Mirza Mirely returned to the Coastal Bend inspired. She set out on a mission to showcase the area’s culinary arts scene with programming specifically designed to spotlight local cuisine and encourage folks to eat out.
“Coastal Bend Restaurant Week is a big, delicious family reunion,” she shared. “It’s a chance for us to come together, celebrate our local culinary talent and support the heart and soul of our community. Seeing our cherished family-owned restaurants thrive and share their stories is truly heartwarming.”
When it comes to enjoying Coastal Bend Restaurant Week, tickets are not required. Folks can simply dine at any of the participating restaurants and ask for the curated menu made for Restaurant Week. The program series will feature exclusive menus and multi-course options available for dine-in and curbside throughout the eight days. Meals start at $25 and go up to multi-course dinners at $75.
