There are few residents of the Coastal Bend who can’t sing the Janet’s Cakery jingle, and that’s not without reason — this cake shop has been up and running in the area for years, and has established itself as a local staple. The bakery specializes in special-order cakes and treats, including cupcakes and petit fours, and is located in the Market on Everhart.

Hamlin Fountain and Gifts has been a Corpus entity since 1960, and is Corpus’ last soda fountain. The fountain, located on the corner of Weber and South Staples, has a full-functioning bakery that offers various treats and eats — stop in to see what’s available at the counter!
