Bay Jammin’ Concert & Cinema Series
The Bay Jammin’ Concert & Cinema Series is back for the summer. Free to enter, the event promises to satisfy all your music and movie lovers. You will also be able to see the fireworks for a special Fourth of July concert. Head out every Thursday 7:30-10:30 p.m. for music and every Friday at sunset for family-friendly films.
July 4
Mayor’s Big Bang Celebration
Join the mayor for a full day of celebrations on the Corpus Christi Bayfront. The event will include a patriotic ceremony, a burger and wings cookoff, Comida Fest and a fireworks show. Stay for the day or pop in as desired.
July 4
Red, White & Boom Fireworks Viewing Party
Visit the USS Lexington to watch the Fourth of July fireworks. There will be live music and patriotic souvenirs available. Chairs will be provided, though visitors can bring their own chairs and blankets.
July 5
Saltwater Freedom Fest
Head to Conn Brown Harbor at Aransas Pass for a full day of music, food and fireworks at the Saltwater Freedom Fest. Live music, food trucks and a kids’ zone will be set up from 2-8 p.m., and fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m.

Rockport Art Fest 2025
Now in its 57th year, the Rockport Art Festival has become a summer staple in the Coastal Bend. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., celebrate art and the artists who make the world a little brighter.

July 6-27
Summer Movie Nights
Executive Surf Club offers evenings of sun and surf with movie nights all summer. The lineup consists of Soul Surfer, Surf Ninjas, North Shore and Point Break. Popcorn will be provided. Join the revelry every Sunday at 6:30 p.m.

Corpus Christi Comic Con
Comic Con is returning to Corpus! The American Bank Center proudly hosts the Corpus Christi Comic Con in its 9th year. Visiting celebrities include actors from “The Office” and the Power Rangers and Star Wars franchises. Don’t forget to hit the artists’ corner and nab merch from your favorite shows and movies.
July 18
Hairspray
The Harbor Playhouse brings the award-winning musical Hairspray to its stage, opening on July 18. Celebrating love, body positivity and inclusivity, the music is heavily influenced by ’60s pop, gospel and jazz. Get up, dance and sing with this classic in the musical theater realm.
July 26
Christmas in July at the Portland Aquatic Center
Bring the kids to the Portland Aquatic Center 2-4 p.m. for Christmas-themed games, snacks and more. Have a camera handy to get pictures with Santa, and the Portland Aquatic Center also promises other special guest appearances.

Wedding Fair 2025
Are you engaged, planning a wedding or dreaming about the big day? Save the date for this year’s Wedding Fair at the American Bank Center. Get inspiration for your perfect ceremony aesthetic.
