1. Bar Under the Sun (BUS)
The slick interior of BUS downtown does not stop before their bathrooms. Home of the iconic “girls girls girls” sign, BUS bathrooms are also talked about for their geometric mirrors and stark black and white checkered wall tile. Lighting is great, soap smells great (it’s the foam kind), and it’s a great conversation topic – but also a place for conversation.

2. NIKO’s Steakhouse
Local steakhouses have a lot to offer, and Niko’s steakhouse offers particularly classy bathrooms. Using the restroom at Niko’s enables patrons to keep watching the game, since it plays in each individual stall. Add this entertainment to the long, white-light mirrors and smooth countertop, and it’s hard not to spend time in there watching the game in HD.

3. Downtown Visitor Information Center Bathrooms
The iconic architecture of the downtown Visitor’s Center is what most people will pass by when visiting major landmarks in the city like the Art Museum or the Selena Memorial statue. The men’s and women’s restroom symbols and picturesque slant brings you into a bright yellow-tiled restroom filled with natural light — one of the most pleasant public restroom experiences a person can have when roaming around downtown.

4. Harbor Playhouse
Washrooms in the downtown Corpus Christi Harbor Playhouse take you back to 1971’s Grease. The first set of restrooms in the building, which veer off to the side before the concession stand, are complete throwbacks. Brightly colored stripes run down the interior and decorate the place like a pair of roller skates. Just like the rest of the building, Harbor Playhouse’s bathrooms feel vintage and classic.

5. Eleanor’s Coffee Bar + Market
While Eleanor’s is known for many things, we must not overlook their bathroom. The clean and simple décor make for an inviting space after drinking all that coffee. Natural light floods the room, which means mirror selfies galore. Scroll through Instagram on any given day and you’re sure to find one or two pictures taken in this bathroom on your timeline. Their choice of Mrs. Meyer’s soap is just an added bonus.
