Brunch on the Bay 2018 Menu Preview

With Brunch on the Bay 2018 Presented by CC Cylce Plaza: Sea•Doo inching closer and closer, the anticipation is beginning to kill us. We can only imagine you feel the same way! As a thank you for selling out the event once again (and to prevent you from falling off the seat that we know you’re already on the edge of while awaiting Sunday), we decided to share the menu with you all!

Your favorite restaurants have been hard at work prepping and preparing the perfect dish to serve up this year. We have a pretty good feeling you guys won’t be disappointed. Here is what you can expect to find at the event!

1. BKK Thai Kitchen + Bar: Asian Steambuns topped with brisket and mango slaw, Coconut Panna Cotta Shooters with mango sauce, and fresh Lemongrass Tea

2. Sugarbakers:
 Avocado Toast with pulled lobster topped with an egg and house-made fresh herb and bay seasoning hollandaise sauce, and a Donut Breakfast Sandwich with bacon, an over easy egg, and Tillamook cheddar 

3. Shoreline Sandwich Co.: Corn Waffle with Barbacoa and a poached egg, topped with a cilantro lime hollandaise sauce, and Aebleskivers covered in fresh grapefruit syrup

4. The Glass Pavilion: Eggs Benedict and Crab Cakes

5. Black Sheep Bistro: Duck Confit on a croissant and a Decadent Shrimp Mousse

6. Hesters Café:
Waffle nachos made with ancho chili waffles, a sunny side egg, house-made queso, jalapeno glaze, apple smoked bacon, and avocado 



7. Hamlin Bakery:
Scones two Ways – Lemon & Fig



8. Eleanor’s Coffee Bar + Market:
Hippie Bowls with millet, greens, shaved carrots, locally grown sprouts, avocado, and tahini miso dressing, their Lamar Park juice, and Yandaro Cold Brew from Kayanza, Burundi 

9. The Post:
Breakfast in a Jar with potatoes, and egg, topped with bacon, chives, and cheese

10. Greenlight Coffee: Coffee and Homemade Donuts

11. Coffee Waves: Gelato featuring the flavors: Fruits of the Forest, Straciatella, Mimosa, and Chocolate, Hot Drinks featuring: Coffee, Espresso, Lattes, and Hot Chocolate, Cold Brew, and Syrups available in Mocha, Vanilla, Caramel, Soy, and Whole Milk
